The following should answer some questions about LDOnline and your order.
1. Are you eldoLED?
No, this website is operated by LDOnline, the online trading name of Light Dimensions Ltd, a UK-based architectural lighting solutions provider.
2. Who are Light Dimensions Limited?
Light Dimensions are well established lighting designers, suppliers and manufacturers of specialist lighting to the architectural lighting sector.
3. Who are eldoLED?
eldoLED are a quality manufacturer of dimmable LED drivers based in Eindhoven NL.

4. Do you sell to public or the trade?
We sell to both general public and trade customers. If you have a trade volume enquiry please contact us for pricing.
5. Why do you only list a small selection of products?
We list the products that we commonly have high stock levels of. If you require other products please contact us for pricing and availability.
6. How long will my order take?
Items in stock will be dispatched next day so should be delivered to UK addresses within two working days of your order. Items not in stock will be subject to availability from eldoLED, we will advise you after placing your order of the expected delivery date. International orders may take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on shipping address.
7. I see that you are based in the UK, do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship overseas.
8. I notice that the drivers are configurable for different configurations / settings. How do I do this?
To configure the drivers you can purchase a TOOLbox pro accessory. If you prefer, you can purchase drivers pre-configured to your requirements by clicking the link on the product page.
9. Will the eldoLED drivers work on my existing lighting control system?
eldoLED drivers can be controlled by a range of protocols such as 0-10v, DALI and DMX. It’s most likely that your existing lighting control system will be able to communicate with the eldoLED drivers. We’re experts on Lutron and Rako architectural lighting control systems and also have detailed working knowledge of other systems such as Crestron, Dynalite, ETC, Helvar, iLight, Loxone, Mode, and Oxtron so email us with details of your existing system and we’ll try to help.
10. How are products delivered?
We exclusively use APC and TNT for our next day and international services.
11. Do you issue a VAT invoice?
You will receive a VAT invoice by email on the completion of your order.
12. Is your site secure?
Yes, the checkout process is protected with industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption before entering any personal details. Your credit card details are used only for the transaction and are not retained.
