Our returns policy is in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days from this date for the item to arrive with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must cover the cost of returning items, unless they are damaged or faulty. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to return goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For business customers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your particular requirements. A processing charge may apply in respect of all products returned other than due to manufacturing defects.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on the same day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as drivers that have been configured to custom requirements. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, then return the item you have.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and tested your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
